At La Casona we respect your privacy. This notice explains, in plain terms, what personal data we collect and what we use it for.
What we collect
Your name, email and phone when you book or request a quote, plus your check-in and check-out dates. If you request an invoice, also your RFC and legal name. Card payments are processed directly by our payment provider: we never see or store your full card number.
What we use it for
To confirm your reservation, reach you on WhatsApp or email about your stay or event, and issue your invoice when you request one. We only send promotions if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe anytime from the link in any email.
Cookies
We only use analytics cookies if you accept them in the banner shown when you enter the site. You can change your mind anytime by clearing your browser cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to us directly. We respond as soon as we can.
